Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any relevant degree with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing/business requirements & analysis.
Experience working in a Waterfall/Agile environment.
Experience with web app and/or mobile app testing (iOS, Android or both).
Experience with tracking tools for project management/defect management/test case management/business requirements such as Trello, Redmine, Bugzilla, JIRA, Test Rail, HP ALM.
Experience working in a cross-team/remote team setting.
Familiar with browser developer tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools).
Fast-learner, independent, analytical, critical thinker and problem-solver.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Familiar in other testing areas: localisation/cross-browser/automation/performance/API/security testing
Familiar with other tools: Selenium, Appium, Katalon, TestingWhiz, TestComplete, Sahi, Postman, SoapUI, Jmeter, LoadRunner and any other capable software
An ISTQB certification (CTFL, CPRE), is an added advantage.

Able to review and analyse business requirements/epic/user stories, validate the feasibility and demonstrate understanding of the scope.
Write test cases, ensure clear traceability of the test coverage to support the business flow.
Participate in review sessions.
Execute various levels of testing (integration test, SIT, UAT, regression test), on multi-applications and may include smoke test and exploratory testing.
Troubleshoot, identify, and create detailed bug reports timely and track until closure.
Participate in the end-to-end test process (planning & estimation, analysis, design, implementation, execution, closure).
Collaborate closely with the Development and Product Team and bridge the gap to form a clear understanding.
Maintain and update relevant test artefacts and any supporting document as necessary.
Prepare test summary report (daily/weekly) to stakeholders.
Able to work independently and coordinate testing activities with minimal guidance.
